Today Lucy turned 5!! We had a fun day. She went to school this morning and took tiger cupcakes and tigers blood for her class to have for snack! When she came home we jumped out and said "surprise!" She thought she was the coolest person ever!! She had told me she wanted a princess cake. So I found a couple of ideas online and then just made my own. It turned out pretty good. After she blew out the candle she opened her presents. She got a bubble machine, a snow cone maker, a lala loopsy doll, some flip-flops and a razor scooter. After presents we headed down to Thanksgiving Point to see the animals and to go to the Tulip Festival! Of course the kids loved the animals and of course Henry tripped and hit his head adding to the bruises! Then we went and saw the flowers! It was really pretty and kids did good for about a 1 mile of the 3 mile trail. We took tons of pictures and then headed home! What a busy day. Here are a bunch of pictures of our day!
